About Jayne...

Jayne Moser has been helping people get in shape since childhood. Her formal education includes a BFA in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University, scholarships studies at ADF - Duke University, and numerous fitness and Pilates certifications. 

Informally she has gathered a wealth of knowledge over the last 30 years, from her own knee, back and shoulder injuries, and from her many clients. She is a champion of the unsung, shadow athlete and those who are brave enough to keep at it, no matter their current physical condition.
